Helena's photos

Hello readers of Hypnogram.

This time I'll focus my post not on movies or on oddities like the horoscope but on art, and more specifically on photography. This week I attended the opening of an interesting photographic exhibition of a friend of mine, whose works are remarkable: Helena Rosado.

Helena's photographic style is really mature and distinct; nothing you'd see coming from a classic photographer abiding the canons of aesthetics. Rather, Helena fights the rules of classic photography creating an atmosphere where the line between reality and dream fades. The exhibition is in Dublin, at The Bernard Shaw and it's going to be there until February 7th.

If you're in Dublin and wish to check the photos out, have a look at Helena's portfolio and let me and her know what you think about it.
