Theory, a new more expensive GAP

I would add also a lot sexier. My latest brand obsession is called "Theory" and although I cannot really say that's a new brand since it was founded in 1997, I can say it is definitely newer than The Gap, founded in 1969. The casual look of clothes by Theory resembles what is available by Gap, but I must say Theory's collections have a more metro-chic look.

As I stated in previous blog posts I am far from considering myself a fashion expert, but I can draw a basic difference between the two styles. They share the same "cool" attitude, but Gap clothes and brand deliver a message that resembles more a:

"I feel comfortable in these clothes, especially when I have a walk around the harbor during my usual summer trip in Southern France"

Theory talks to me a little differently:

"These clothes are comfortable, plus this jacket would make me look fabulous even if I had just got out of Hamburger Heaven"

The first comment to catch the quote wins the opportunity to post on this blog about pretty much anything.

Did I miss to say that I love Theory?
